Your Order Is Guaranteed in the Following Ways:

When we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail to the email address you have supplied us with.

Guarantee No. 1: 24 Hr Cancellation Policy:

You have the right to cancel this contract (your order) within 24 hours of placing your order, without stating a reason. 

Please note that 24 hours after you have placed your order, your order is final.  Every Katha Wood Photographic Art piece is produced to order, from scratch, by our world class photographic laboratory partner in Germany, EU.  Your order is produced individually for you, from scratch, as a custom order, to your requested measurements, numbered individually and dated.  

Your art piece is produced in the EU and under EU law, custom made products are excluded from the right to withdraw or return, however, your right to cancel or change your mind remains as part of our contract with you and this right lasts for precisely 24 hours from the minute you place your order.  Your order will not go into production until after that period.   

We will accept cancellation of your order providing you write to us, by email, to katha@kathawood.com within 24 hours of the time that you placed your order.  

We guarantee to give you 24hrs to cancel your order before it goes into production.

From 25th August 2023 every framed piece ordered from Katha Wood Photographic Art will be printed with the individual number that it holds for that piece.   The number will be printed very discreetly on the front side of the art piece, along with the date the order was placed (month and year), adding unique authenticity to each piece.  

Guarantee No. 2: Safe Arrival Guarantee

Your order will be shipped to you direct from our trusted world class printing partners in Germany in the EU

Normally we are able to ship to you between 7 and 14 working days from the date of order.

On despatch of your order you will receive, by email, your shipping confirmation, including a tracking number from our international shipping partners (Usually FedEx, UPS or one of their partners)

Packaging

Your art piece will be packaged and shipped with great care. 

If there is visible damage to the packaging during delivery, please check the contents in the presence of the delivery person.  If you notice that your art piece has been damaged in transit please photograph the damage with your cell phone and refuse acceptance.

If external damage (of the packaging) is not visible on receipt of your package, but you discover damage having opened your package, please record the damage by means of two meaningful photos and contact me here immediately to arrange return and replacement of your piece.  

 

Customs & Duty

Please note that in some cases shipments to countries outside of the UK, EU & US may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes.
