Contemplation was created in 2020.  After the first lockdown period that year, we were very briefly relieved of our captive states and released out into the wilds, enabling us to travel, for a moment, in our case, to Spain, to explore.   Contemplation reflects that experience.  The relief of release, time to play, to think, to explore, all feeling very much surreal than ever before in our experience as a family.  There are light patches and dark patches in this work, reflecting our experience of the same.  Nothing is very clear.  There is an ethereal nature to this piece, a dream like state - were we dreaming?

Samples can be ordered measuring: 10 x 10 cm.

They come without hanging hardware on the back, so that you can lay them down on a flat table surface, stack them, store them, (use them as drinks or place mats, etc.).

Samples provide very useful tools for planning, for colour checking, showing to clients, creating schemes, to fully appreciate the quality, style and texture of this extraordinary aluminium print.
